Bay Area Rescue Mission is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides assistance and help to homeless and improvished individuals in the Bay Area. They are based in Richmond, CA and have been in operations since 1965.

Their mission, "At the Bay Area Rescue Mission, we share God's love for everyone while providing meals, emergency shelter, recovery programs, job and life-skills training and more."

They provide food, shelter, warm showers and fresh clean clothes. They also provide biblical studies, computer aided classes and prepare individuals to earn their GED.

In addition, they have on-the-job skills training in culinary arts, warehousing, heavy equipment operations, office work, construction, security, janitorial services and automotive sales.

Individuals can also attending parenting classes, job preparedness, anger management, counseling and personal financial management classes.

They are an incredible organization we are proud have partnered with. So far we've donated over 2,500 shoes to deserving people from all walks of life.
